Transparent Data is an agile technology company from the RegTech sector, which was founded in Poland in 2013 as a response to the growing demand of enterprises for access to current, reliable and complete data about every enterprise and every entrepreneur.

Transparent Data’s CEO, Arkadiusz Hajduk, actively worked in the Open Data Working Group of the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Poland in the years 2018-2020, advising the state authorities on how to digitize Polish commercial registers and open further data. At the moment he is a member of the Group for strategic directions of data management.

In 2018, he represented Poland at the headquarters of the European Commission in Brussels during the high-level roundtable on the PSI Directive. He often appears as a speaker at various FinTech, RegTech, LegalTech and open data conferences.
