Information on the processing of personal datafor users of the website [Transparentdata.pl] ("Website")

1. Who is responsible for processing personal data?

The administrator, i.e. the entity that decides how Your personal data will be used, is Transparent Data spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. headquartered in Poland, Poznań at Mickiewicza Street 27/5, 60-835 Poznań (the "Company").

2. From whom did the Company obtain Your personal information?

The Company processes personal data provided by You, as well as data obtained from cookies, in accordance with the principles described at transparentdata.pl/data-privacy.

The Company processes Your personal data:

  1. in order to contact You in response to questions or requests You send via the Site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  2. for the purpose of defending and asserting claims related to the performance of services offered by the Company (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  3. for analytical purposes aimed at ensuring the best possible quality of the services offered by the Company (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), including the use of cookies;
  4. for accountability purposes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);

4. Are You required to provide Your personal information?

The obligation for You to provide certain categories of personal data may result from legal regulations. To the extent that we process Your data for the Company's legitimate interests, providing the data is necessary to enable us to perform the purposes described therein. 5. Who has access to Your personal information?

  2. the Company's suppliers and contractors, to the extent and for the purposes necessary for the performance of services, provided through the transparentdata.pl website, in particular to providers of IT services, hosting or analytical tools.

6. Does the Company transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA?

Personal data are processed, for the purposes indicated above, only in the territory of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

7. How long does the Company keep Your personal information?

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the provision of services through the Site, as well as for the period necessary to assert or defend against claims related to the provision of such services. Otherwise, Your data will be processed for the period and to the extent required by law or for the Company's legitimate interest of the data controller.

If You have given Your consent to the processing of personal data, Your personal data will be processed until such consent is withdrawn or the purposes for which it was given cease to exist.

8. What are Your rights as a data subject?

As a data subject, You have the right:

  1. demand access to Your personal data (Article 15 GDPR);
  2. demand the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data (Article 16 GDPR);
  3. demand erasure of Your personal data (Article 17 GDPR), in case the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected by the Company; You revoke Your consent to the processing of Your data (to the extent covered by the consent); You object in advance to the processing of such data; the data are processed unlawfully; the data should be erased in order to comply with an obligation under a legal provision;
  4. demand restriction of the processing of Your personal data (Article 18 GDPR), in case the data are incorrect - for a period allowing the Company to verify the correctness of the data; the data are processed unlawfully, but You will not want them to be deleted; the data are no longer needed by the Company, but may be needed by You to defend or assert claims; You will object to the processing of the data - until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds for the processing override the grounds for the objection;
  5. to transfer data (Article 20 GDPR), where the processing is based on Your consent or a contract concluded with You and the processing is automated;
  6. object to the processing of Your personal data (Article 21 GDPR), where it is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is based on Your particular situation, or where Your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes.

To the extent that You have given Your consent to the processing of personal data, You may withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

In addition, You have the right to file a complaint regarding the Company's processing of Your personal data with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Article 77 of the GDPR).

9. Does the Company profile Your data or use automated decision-making based on personal data?

Profiling of personal data is understood as automated processing of Your data, which consists in its use to evaluate certain factors concerning, in particular, to analyze or forecast aspects of Your work performance, Your economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movement.

Please be informed that Your data may be subject to automated processing, including profiling. Profiling is carried out using tools such as: cookies (information on the principles of profiling: https://transparentdata.pl/en/data-privacy).

The Company does not use automated decision-making based on Your personal data in a way that could affect Your legal situation.
